Jon has taught for 30 years and runs life drawing, still life classes, and pottery courses for local students, by appointment, and for holiday visitors staying in the restored, high quality holiday cottages at Hale Farm.
From November to March guests staying in the holiday accommodation may attend art and pottery classes free of charge and at other times there is a small fee.
Jon teaches at all ability levels, from the complete novice to the most advanced, and specialises in the teaching of throwing.
Students have access to eight potters' wheels and work is fired in a large gas kiln in the studio. Please phone for further details of classes and look at the holiday accommodation on www.classic.co.uk (Properties 900, 1666, and 1680).
The pottery is open daily from 10am to 6pm.
